TERRA NOVA Ltd has developed a specialized Laboratory for air pollution measurements, which has been accredited in accordance to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard (Testing Laboratory Accredited by Hellenic Accreditation System ESYD Acc. No. 792) for measuring stack emissions from stationary sources (volatile organic compounds, dust, water vapor, TOC, metals), indoor air quality and workplace air quality measurements (metals, particulate matter, asbestos) as well as environmental noise and occupational noise exposure ensuring the quality of the results of measurements.

The parameters that are measured by TERRA NOVA's Laboratory are:

Chemical parameters (air pollutants): Volatile organic compounds, particulate matter, asbestos, metals, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, acids, bases, hyperoxides, hydrogen sulfides, nitrogen oxides, ozone, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, esters, odorous compoundsetc.
Physical parameters: Environmental noise, occupational exposure to noise, temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, lighting, vibrations.
Microbiological parameters: Legionnela, yeast and moulds.
Odour: measurement of odour concentration (ou/m3)
